Dr. Antonio Mendes is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with over 38 years of clinical experience, and over 6 years of clinical research experience, and a Headache Specialist. As a now well-established Principal Investigator at the Boston Research clinic, Dr. Mendes has helped and led in the conduction of numerous trials, ranging in a vast array of therapeutic indications. Among his experience in over 60 clinical trials, he has conducted trials within Migraine, BPH, IBS, Fibromyalgia, MDD, Vaccine, DPNP, OA, and LBP, among others. His 25+ year seasoned site in Boston, MA with a diverse and dense patient population, maintains a rigorous use of methods for community outreach to aid in the growth of their robust patient database. With a dedicated clinical team as well as a separate recruitment team, the site has successfully enrolled for countless trials and upholds Alcanza’s mission for inclusivity of all patient demographics.
