Alcanza Clinical Research Announces Strategic Acquisition of CNS Healthcare

Acquisition expands Alcanza’s site network, adding five locations across Tennessee and Florida

Alcanza Clinical Research announced the acquisition of CNS Healthcare, an established independent clinical research network with a three-decade legacy of advancing medical science and patient care. Founded in 1996, CNS Healthcare has completed thousands of clinical trials across key therapeutic areas, including neuroscience and behavioral health. With five locations across Memphis, TN, Jacksonville and Orlando, FL, and a mobile clinical trial vehicle, CNS Healthcare has been a preferred research network for both community participants and global sponsors, recognized for high-quality clinical data and a patient-centric environment.

CNS Healthcare has built a strong reputation for high-quality clinical research, supported by an experienced team of Principal Investigators and many other research professionals. Under the leadership of CEO Dan Kearney, the organization has expanded its capabilities and industry partnerships with a 30-year track record of consistent site performance and trial delivery.
