Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC, including its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Alcanza“, “we” or “us“) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process the Personal Information (as defined below) we collect when you:
- Visit and interact with our main website (https://alcanzaclinical.com), its subdomains, and all other websites, mobile applications, and online services that Alcanza owns or controls and link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Sites“);
- Interact with us in person, such as when you visit a clinical trial site or meet us at a health fair;
- Are referred to us as a potential candidate for enrollment in a clinical trial;
- Communicate with us through the Sites or by email, telephone, text, mail, facsimile, or other means;
- Sign up to receive email, text, mail, or other communications from us;
- Respond to our surveys, questionnaires, or requests for feedback;
- Apply for a job with us;
- Interact with us as a research partner, customer, vendor, supplier, or an employee or representative of the same; or
- Otherwise provide Personal Information to us, whether online or offline, in the context of our relationship with you.
We refer to the Sites, our services, and our interactions with you collectively as the “Services” in this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services or submitting your Personal Information to us.
You may use our Services to interact with clinics and other healthcare providers in connection with a clinical trial in which you participate. Where this is the case, we may collect certain Personal Information from you that will be processed in accordance with the specific protocols of the clinical trial, any privacy notices regarding the trial, and your informed consent for the study or trial, and our agreements with the healthcare providers (collectively, “Clinical Trial Privacy Practices“). In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Clinical Study Privacy Practices with respect to Personal Information collected when you participate in a clinical trial, the Clinical Trial Privacy Practices will control to the extent of the conflict.
What Personal Information We Collect
“Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, IP address, and broader categories of information, such as your professional information, commercial information, and Internet activity.

- Other information you choose to provide, such as when you inquire about a clinical trial or send us questions.

- From third parties. Such as caregivers, legal representatives, research sponsors, and marketing partners.

- Clinical trial recruitment. To determine eligibility and recruit participation in clinical trials.
- Build and maintain our relationship with you. To improve your experience and send relevant communications.
- Improve the Services. To perform market research, quality assurance, and develop new Services.
- Maintain the Security of the Sites. To detect security incidents and protect against fraudulent activity.

Text messaging and opt-in. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your SMS/text opt-in or consent to anyone else. Your messaging consent is a direct agreement between you and Alcanza as the message sender.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including phone numbers — to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Alcanza service.
Text Messaging (SMS) and Consent
If you opt in to receive text messages (SMS) from Alcanza, we use your consent only to send you messages from Alcanza. We do not share, transfer, rent, or sell your text messaging opt-in data or consent to any third parties, including non-affiliates or partners. Your opt-in is maintained as a direct 1:1 agreement between you and Alcanza and cannot be transferred or sold. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS and Text Message Communications
By submitting your phone number through our Website and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Alcanza Clinical Research regarding clinical research opportunities, study participation, study updates, appointment scheduling, reminders, and customer support communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of participation, purchase, or receiving services. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Alcanza does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
Information for Users Located Outside of the United States
If you provide us your information from outside the United States, your Personal Information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

California residents may request once per calendar year information about categories of personal information shared with third parties for direct marketing. Contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below.
Notice to Residents of Nevada
Alcanza does not sell your personal information. Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information if that practice were to change in the future.
