Opening in spring 2026, this new Peoria, Illinois site expands access to early-phase clinical trials in the Upper Midwest through a modern 10,000+ sq. ft. facility designed to support high-quality research and patient care.

Led by Dr. Daniel Brune, a Board-Certified Internist with over 30 years of clinical and research experience—including participation in 75 early-phase vaccine trials and leadership on 100+ clinical studies—our site partners with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to offer clinical trials across a wide range of health conditions, giving our community access to innovative therapies.

Daniel Brune, M.D.
Dr. Daniel Brune is a Board-Certified Internist with over three decades of clinical and research experience. Since 1988, he has demonstrated a deep commitment to vaccine development, having participated in 75 early-phase vaccine trials. Licensed in Illinois as a Physician & Surgeon and holding a Controlled Substance Registration, Dr. Brune has served as Principal Investigator in more than 100 clinical trials spanning a wide range of therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, endocrine/metabolic, gastrointestinal, neurology, psychiatry, pulmonary, urology, dermatology, and men’s health, as well as medical device studies. He is also a published co-author of a phase III influenza vaccine study featured in the Journal of Infectious Diseases.
