Tatyana S. Miroshnikova, MD, PhD
Dr. Tatyana Miroshnikova brings 45 years of clinical experience to CNS Healthcare. This includes 19 years conducting research both as a PhD and MD. As a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician and OGBYN trained, she has been involved in over 90 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric Phase I-IV clinical trials, 9 of which are specific to obesity at both Orlando Main Clinic and embedded Family Practice Clinic.
Dr. Miroshnikova brings her skilled knowledge as a Hospitalist to every trial she oversees with passion and dedication.

Robert Molpus, MD
Dr. Robert Molpus is Board Certified in Psychiatry well as Addiction Medicine with 34 years of clinical experience and Principal Investigator at CNS Healthcare for the past 17 years at both our Main Clinic and embedded Family Practice Clinic. He has successfully enrolled Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric subjects in over 340 Ph I – IV clinical trials including Addiction, Cardiology, Dermatology, GI, Pain, Mood Disorders, Migraine, Women’s Health, Vaccine, Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Psychiatry, Psychedelics and Sleep Disorders. Dr. Molpus has helped bring 108 drugs to market, with multiple clean FDA audits for high enrollment and no 483’s.
Dr. Molpus is a key thought leader and frequently collaborates with Sponsors and CROs on protocol design with a particular focus on addiction medicine. As the first Investigators to hold a Schedule I license for psychedelic trials, he has become a leader in this area and highly respected by Sponsors for his expertise.

Dr. Felipe Suplicy is Board Certified in Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry. Although Board Certified in Psychiatry, Dr. Suplicy’s passion is in Obesity and Metabolism. He has been published in many medical journals and brings 38 years of experience as a physician to the clinic. Dr. Suplicy has been involved in over 159 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric clinical trials over his career and helped bring many drugs to market for indications such as obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, Vaccines, Alopecia, uUTI, Atopic Dermatitis, Constipation, Migraine, Depression, and ADHD.

Letitia Griffin MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is an Investigator and Nurse Practitioner at our Orlando Main Clinic and embedded Family Practice Clinic. “Ms. Letitia”, as she is known to the patients, joined CNS in 2010 in the role of Prescreener, Manager of Client Services, and Sub-Investigator. With 33 years of nursing experience and expertise she is invaluable to the operations of every trial. Letitia has conducted over 300 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric Ph I – IV trials including Addiction, Dermatology, Vaccine, Pain, Psychiatry, Orthopedics, Women’s Health, Sleep, Neurology, GI, Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Obesity with Pediatric,
Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric patients. With her dedication, she has helped bring 108 new drugs to market. -
Chanel Adams, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN
Chanel Adams, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN is an Investigator and Site Administrator in Orlando, Florida. Chanel is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who earned a BSN from Indiana University Southeast in 2008 and an MSN from Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale in 2017. She has worked in a full spectrum of care, from routine health maintenance to advanced clinical services in both hospital and outpatient settings.
