Lora McGill, MD
Dr. Lora McGill is a Neurologist and Board Certified in Neurology and Neurophysiology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In our Memphis clinic, she has served as Principal Investigator/Sub-Investigator for the past 24 years. Dr. McGill has conducted over 450 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Ph I – IV trials including Addiction, Dermatology, Vaccine, Pain, Psychiatry, Orthopedics, Women’s Health, Sleep, Neurology, GI, Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Obesity. With her dedication, she has helped bring 108 new drugs to market.
Her 38 years of clinical experience combined with 24 years of conducting research at CNS Healthcare has given her a well-known and respected name in research and the Memphis community. Dr. McGill has contributed to many published articles and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, National Medical Association, Memphis Medical Society and Tennessee Medical Association.

Valerie Arnold, MD
Dr. Valerie Arnold is Board Certified in Child/Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Arnold has 39 years of clinical experience with 24 years dedicated to clinical research at CNS Healthcare. She has been a Principal and Sub- Investigator on over 450 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Ph I-IV clinical trials including Psychiatry, Neurology, Women’s Health, Pain, Addictions, Vaccine, Dermatology, GI, Sleep, Diabetes and Obesity, which helped bring 108 drugs to market.
Dr. Arnold is active in many organizations in the Memphis area as an advisor and advocate for Mental Health and clinical research education. Her list of publications is extensive and is a sought-after KOL on many topics.

Lisa Usdan, MD
Dr. Lisa Usdan is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. Also a Certified Densitometrist and trained in Obesity Medicine, she has been an Investigator at the Memphis clinic since 2012. She is a highly sought after speaker and key opinion leader due to her expertise and involvement in AACE, the Endocrine Society and local professional organizations.
Her involvement in over 190 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric clinical trials over her career has been instrumental in bringing cutting edge treatments to patients. Dr. Usdan has a passion for research in Obesity and comorbid conditions.

Keerthi Heckle, MD
Dr. Keerthi Heckle has been an Investigator at our Memphis clinic since 2023. As a Board Certified Internal Medicine and Obesity physician, she has a passion for Obesity research and related disorders where there is a great unmet need in the Memphis community. Dr. Heckle is a true Memphian and has held many volunteer positions in the surrounding area over the years.
Dr. Heckle has been successful in enrolling Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric trials for ADHD, Alzheimer’s, Atopic Dermatitis, Covid 19 Vaccine, Covid 19 Treatment, Chronic Pain, Depressive Disorders, Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, Migraine, Norovirus Vaccine, Mild Cognitive Impairment and RSV Vaccine.

Latrice Miller, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Latrice Miller, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner and is Board Certified as a Psychiatric & Mental Health
Nurse Practitioner and Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Latrice has worked with a wide variety of patients of all ages and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities as well as providing home-based care. She received her Master of Science in Nursing.
