We’re located in the Concourse Office Plaza next door to Dave & Buster’s, just a couple of blocks from St. Vincent’s Southside Hospital. We have a large parking area with plenty of free parking.

John Mark Joyce, MD
Dr. John Mark Joyce has been a Principal Investigator at the Jacksonville clinic since 2003. He has participated in over 400 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Ph II – IV clinical trials including Psychiatry, Neurology, Women’s Health, Pain, Addictions, Vaccine, Dermatology, GI, Sleep, Diabetes and Obesity.
Dr. Joyce also holds a Schedule I license and has been on the forefront of psychedelic research and education in the Jacksonville area. Throughout his research career his contributions have been instrumental in bringing 108 new drugs to market and is frequently sought out by Sponsors for his high enrollment and clean, outstanding data quality. In his 22 years at CNS Healthcare, Dr. Joyce has successfully completed numerous FDA audits for high enrollment with no 483’s.
Although Board Certified in Psychiatry, Dr. Joyce’s passion is in Obesity and Metabolism. He has been an Investigator in numerous Diabetes, Obesity, Metabolic and Cardiovascular trials and likes to stay on top of the latest research findings.

Nandita Jones, MD
Dr. Nandita Jones began her research career at CNS Healthcare in 2008 where she has been actively involved in clinical trials, bringing 108 drugs to market. Dr. Jones is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist and has since broadened her scope of practice to include Ph II-IV Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric clinical trials in Psychiatry, Neurology, Women’s Health, Pain, Addictions, Vaccine, Dermatology, GI, Sleep, Diabetes and Obesity. She is a valuable member of the research team and functions as a Principal Investigator, Sub-Investigator, and Rater; providing her clinical expertise to every trial that she works on.
Dr. Jones is published in several scientific journals and completed her residency in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine at Columbia and John Hopkins.

Fadi Chalhoub, MD
Dr. Fadi Chalhoub is an Investigator at our Jacksonville clinic for the past 13 years. He has been an Investigator on 200 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Phase II- IV trials over the years and has been instrumental in getting many drugs to market. Dr. Chalhoub brings his many years of experience as a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician with a keen interest in research to successfully enroll studies.
His experience as a Hospitalist in acute care settings ensures that our patients receive the best possible care while in a trial. Dr. Chalhoub’s participation as an Investigator covers a wide range of indications such as Psychiatry, Neurology, Women’s Health, Pain, Addiction, Vaccine, Dermatology, GI, Sleep, Diabetes and Obesity.

Sujeeta Dhakhwa MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Sujeeta Dhakhwa MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, joined CNS Healthcare in 2013 and in the last 12 years has conducted over 300 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Ph II – IV trials including Addiction, Dermatology, Vaccine, Pain, Psychiatry, Orthopedics, Women’s Health, Sleep, Neurology, GI, Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Obesity. With her passion for research, she has helped bring 108 new drugs to market.
Sujeeta’s skills as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Sub-Investigator, Rater and Certified Clinical Research Professional allow her to interface with subjects in a variety of roles throughout the study. Her prior 16 years of medical and psychiatric nursing experience ensures each patient receives a comprehensive assessment

Jeffrey Rommel, MD
Dr. Jeffrey Rommel began his research career at CNS Healthcare as a Psychologist in 2014 bringing a rich history of experience as Adjunct Professor, Therapist and Psychometrician. He developed a passion for research and has been active in over 100 Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Ph II – IV clinical trials in Addiction, Pain, Psychiatry, Sleep, Neurology, which contributed to 108 new drugs being brought to market.
Dr. Rommel is an Investigator and rater on many trials – he strictly adheres to placebo response guidelines and has received accolades from Sponsors for the quality of his data. Dr. Rommel is a leader in the exciting research of Psychedelics and is a Certified Psychedelic Therapist/Dosing Session Monitor on Schedule 1 trials.

Susan Angel has over 20 years of combined experience in direct clinical services and administration in healthcare settings. Her wide range of experience includes inpatient and outpatient treatment of populations with medical, mental health and substance abuse disorders.
