Eligibility Requirements:

• Ages 18+
• Diagnosed with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months
• Have stable plaque psoriasis, meaning no major flare-ups or changes in the condition’s appearance for at least 6 months before screening
• Have psoriasis covering at least 10% of their body surface area
• Willing and able to comply with study procedures, including digital tools
