Help advance Parkinson’s research while exploring potential new care options. Adults diagnosed with Parkinson’s with motor symptoms may qualify for a no-cost trial.

ARISE is a global Phase 3 clinical trial. Phase 3 studies are used to gather more information about a drug’s safety and effectiveness. This study will test a new investigational drug, solengepras. This once-daily pill is designed to work in a new way. It will target a different pathway in the brain, rather than relying on dopamine replacement. This trial will test solengepras compared to a placebo. A placebo is an inactive version of the drug. The trial will see if solengepras is better at reducing “OFF”
time after 12 weeks of treatment.
